POSITION OVERVIEW
Videographer / Content Producer is responsible for bringing our brands to life through compelling visual storytelling across digital, social, web, product launches, dealer marketing, and consumer-facing campaigns. This role owns the full video production process from concept development and scripting through filming, editing, and final delivery.
The ideal candidate is a highly creative, self-driven visual storyteller with strong technical production skills and a deep understanding of modern outdoor, hunting, and lifestyle content trends. This position plays a key role in elevating brand perception through cinematic visuals, authentic storytelling, and engaging real-world content.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Development & Storytelling
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, shot lists, and storyboards for product launches, brand campaigns, social media content, dealer support, and lifestyle storytelling.
- Translate marketing objectives into engaging video content that connects with consumers emotionally and visually.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to align messaging, campaign goals, and brand tone.
Video Production
- Plan, shoot, and direct video productions in studio and field environments.
- Capture high-quality footage for hunting, target archery, product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, event, and social media content.
- Manage lighting, audio, camera setups, and production equipment to ensure professional execution across all projects.
- Travel to events, hunts, dealer locations, tournaments, and content shoots as required.
Editing & Post-Production
- Edit short-form and long-form content for social media, YouTube, web, advertising, dealer support, and internal communications.
- Create high-energy edits, cinematic storytelling pieces, product feature videos, hype reels, launch content, and documentary-style edits.
- Handle color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics integration, music selection, and final export formatting.
- Optimize content formatting and pacing for various digital platforms.
Social & Digital Content Support
- Support development of social-first content designed for engagement, reach, and shareability.
- Assist in evolving brand content toward a more authentic, lifestyle-driven, real-world visual identity.
- Capture and develop evergreen content that can be repurposed across campaigns and platforms.
Brand & Product Launch Support
- Support major product launches through teaser campaigns, reveal videos, educational content, and post-launch storytelling.
- Produce content that simplifies technical features into relatable consumer benefits and experiences.
- Help maintain visual consistency and premium brand presentation across all channels.
Asset Management & Collaboration
- Organize, archive, and maintain video assets, project files, footage libraries, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, ambassadors, influencers, and external creators during productions.
- Stay current on industry trends, editing styles, camera technology, and evolving social media content formats.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5-10 years of professional videography, filmmaking, or content production experience preferred.
- Strong experience in scripting, shooting, and editing video content independently.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and related creative software.
- Experience operating professional camera systems, drones, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Strong understanding of social media content trends, pacing, and platform optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and production timelines simultaneously.
- Strong storytelling instincts with a cinematic and brand-focused creative eye.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for shoots and events.
