Clinical Psychologist (Part-Time)
The Lotus Center for Healing & Wellness is seeking a compassionate, skilled Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our growing multidisciplinary behavioral health team on a part-time basis.
This position is ideal for a psychologist who enjoys psychological assessment and diagnostic clarification while collaborating with psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, case managers, and other behavioral health professionals in a holistic outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for adolescents and adults.
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological assessments.
- Prepare integrated psychological evaluation reports with diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations.
- Evaluate ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (within competency), learning disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, personality disorders, and other behavioral health conditions.
- Collaborate closely with medication providers and therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide consultation regarding diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
- Licensed (or license eligible) Psychologist in the State of Utah.
- Experience administering and interpreting standardized psychological assessments.
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care.

- Adult ADHD evaluations
- Autism evaluations
- Learning disability assessments
- Trauma-informed assessment
- Personality assessment
- Experience working in integrated behavioral health settings
Schedule
- Part-time
- Flexible scheduling
- Approximately 8–20 hours per week, with opportunity for growth
Compensation
Competitive hourly compensation or percentage-of-collections model based on experience.
