What We Do: We help small to medium-sized companies scale by taking over the heaviest lifting in their sales process. Simply put: we get sales for them. We reach out to our clients' target audiences using smart, pre-defined messaging to get prospects excited about what our clients have to offer. We do this across multiple channels, including email, social media, and live outreach.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be the voice of our clients. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Starting Conversations: Connecting with prospects primarily through live phone conversations.
- Qualifying Leads: Asking the right questions to ensure a prospect is a great fit for our client.
- Data Management: Accurately logging information into our database.
- The Hand-off: Smoothly transitioning high-quality leads from our team over to the client.
- Analyzing & Reporting: Keeping track of your stats to help us optimize our outreach.
What We’re Looking For:

The "Nice-to-Haves" (Our baseline for human functioning):
- Average communication skills (you can hold a conversation).
- So-so tech skills (you know how to use a computer and adapt to new software).
- Adequate attention to detail (you don't accidentally delete the database).
- Typical reliability (you show up when you say you will).
- Run-of-the-mill team player & middle-of-the-road learner.
The Bottom Line: We can teach you the systems, the scripts, and the strategy. We just need to like you!
Compensation & Perks:
- 100% Remote & Flexible: Work from anywhere! While your hours will fall within standard business windows, your exact schedule will be flexible and based on mutually agreed-upon times that align with our operational needs.
- Pay Structure: This is a contract position paid on a per-call basis. The average caller earns between $12–$16/hour on base pay alone, but with performance-based incentives factored in, top earners average around $20/hour.
