Immediate Hire: Seeking experienced HCA/Caregiver with Hoyer lift experience to work with a paraplegic client.
Do you love caring for seniors, have a heart for helping others, and desire to be part of a great team of Caregivers? We are seeking professional, compassionate, and reliable caregivers to provide hourly care for our clients in the San Benito County so that they may remain safely in their homes. We have shifts that range from 3 to 12 hour. We offer on the job training, competitive salary, paid mileage AND travel time between clients, 401k enrollment, healthcare (for applicable employees), paid sick time, weekly pay, bonus incentives, monthly gas card raffle and supportive management team.
Job Responsibilities:
Attend to the individual needs of clients which may include: Assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, and companionship.
Perform homemaking activities which may include: Meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation.
Interact with client in a manner that displays warmth and promotes a caring environment.
Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the client's visitors and families.
Job Requirements:
Must pass Drug Screen & Criminal background Check
TB test
Reliable form of transportation
Home Care Aid Certification; our office can aid in application.
CPR Certification; our office can aid.
Minimum age of 18
