Dale’s Super Store, a growing leader in the automotive diesel and gas aftermarket parts industry, is looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in getting orders shipped accurately and on time. Our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, brightly lit with LED lighting, and operates Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.—no weekends, late nights, or major holidays.
Reliable and punctual attendance is essential for this position.
What You’ll Do
- Pick, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Process shipments using multiple carriers
- Work closely with our Order Processing team
- Work closely with our Cores and Returns team
- Receive, unbox, and organize customer returns
- Log incoming inventory from vendors and suppliers into the inventory portal
- Tag and label filters and other parts that are being sent for inspection and testing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Complete other warehouse duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience highly preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 80 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and remain active throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work each scheduled day
- Friendly and professional when working with teammates and vendors
