What You’ll Do

Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of the facility’s rehabilitation therapy program

Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary therapy team while creating a positive and collaborative work environment

Help clinicians deliver personalized, patient-centered rehabilitation focused on independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life

Partner with facility leadership, nursing, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to drive quality outcomes and continuity of care

Support therapist development through coaching, mentorship, communication, and ongoing clinical guidance

Oversee therapy operations, including staffing, scheduling, productivity, clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and program performance

Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow rehabilitation services while maintaining a strong focus on quality patient care

Monitor patient and program outcomes and collaborate with your team to continuously improve the rehabilitation experience

Qualifications:
-
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of practice

Graduate of an accredited PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA program
-
2+ years of experience in healthcare, long-term care setting preferred
-
Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
-
Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults
