We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our 5 Star CMS rated facility and team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in providing therapeutic services to individuals with physical, cognitive, and/or psychological impairments. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, and providing direct patient care. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide instruction to patients on how to use assistive devices and other therapeutic tools.
- Conduct assessments of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
- Develop patient-specific goals and objectives for treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on the importance of occupational therapy.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
