As a Disbursement Coordinator on our Disbursements team, you keep money moving — processing commission checks and transaction fees, verifying payment details, and following up on the items that keep files from closing. If you're organized, comfortable with numbers, and take pride in a clean, current queue, you'll fit right in.
This is an on-site, full-time role at our Pompano Beach office, working alongside a small, close-knit team that handles a high daily volume of transactions.

What you'll do
- Follow up on PAC missing checks and PAC missing HUDs
- Follow up on outstanding disbursements to ensure timely resolution
- Process all incoming commission checks
- Process transaction fees
- Verify direct deposit and wire instructions prior to payment processing
- Monitor and respond to team email inquiries
What you bring
- Prior administrative experience
- Experience working with numbers and soft accounting skills
