About the Role
As a Logistics Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring our production lines remain fully stocked and efficient. You will utilize your organizational skills and physical stamina to manage inventory movement, supporting our commitment to high-quality output and operational excellence.
Responsibilities-
Coordinate the efficient transport of raw materials and finished goods between storage zones, loading docks, and production machinery.

Execute manual handling tasks, including pallet building, carton labeling, and box assembly, to prepare items for distribution.

Support apparel processing by tagging, bagging, and applying hangers to ensure products are retail-ready.

Optimize inventory accuracy by performing precise scans and repackaging items to meet specific client requirements.

Monitor machine loading schedules to proactively deliver necessary components, minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput.

Maintain a safe, organized workspace by managing recyclable materials and adhering to all facility safety protocols.
Qualifications-
High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs and sustained standing or bending.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Prior experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

High attention to detail when interpreting visual and audible operational alerts.
