Pay Ranges
OTR / PT | $141,440.00 to $156,000.00 a year.
COTA |$104,000.00 to $124,800.00 a year.
Responsibilities
- The Director of Rehabilitation is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation services within our organization. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in management of therapy department. The Director will ensure compliance with CMS standards, manage budgets effectively, and lead a team of rehabilitation professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Duties
- Supervise and manage the rehabilitation department, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures that align with CMS standards.
- Manage financial aspects of the department, including budgeting and financial management to optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with medical staff to integrate rehabilitation services into overall patient care plans.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care
Requirements
- Active California license (PT, OT, COTA)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
