Oversee High-End Construction Projects Lead projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Drive Financial Success Manage budgets, track profitability, and ensure projects meet gross margin goals.

Manage Vendor & Subcontractor Relationships Negotiate pricing and oversee contracts to improve project margins.

Proven Project Management Experience 5+ years in construction or landscape project management, with a background in leading successful projects.
Industry Expertise Landscape or construction industry experience required, with knowledge of project workflows and efficiencies.
Strong Business & Financial Acumen Ability to manage budgets, analyze job costing, and track financial performance.
Technology & Software Skills Experience with Microsoft Office 365, ERP systems (Aspire a plus), and scheduling software.
Leadership & Communication Skills Ability to motivate teams, communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, and drive results.
Certifications Are a Plus PMP, PMI, CAPM, CSM, Certified Landscape Professional (CLP), or similar credentials are a bonus.
