QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Shall hold a bachelor's degree or higher and the required Kentucky certificate for the assigned
position.
2. Shall demonstrate the ability to work effectively with students, peers and adults.
3. Shall demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and faculty.
JOB GOAL:
To provide each enrolled student of secondary school age an opportunity to participate in an
extracurricular athletic activity that will foster physical skills, a sense of worth and competence,
a knowledge and understanding of the pleasures of sport, and the principal of fair play.
