We are currently hiring motivated and dependable Manufacturing Associates for multiple departments within our production facility. Openings are available inPainting, Molding, Ebrite, and BMC operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking long-term employment with the potential for permanent hire based on performance and attendance.
Responsibilities
Depending on department assignment, duties may include:
- Operating manufacturing and production equipment
- Loading and unloading parts and materials
- Inspecting products for quality and defects
- Performing painting, molding, assembly, finishing, or material handling tasks
- Following work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Meeting production goals and deadlines
- Working effectively as part of a team
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to work the full 3rd shift schedule (8pm-6am)
