Main Responsibilities:
- Be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Household painting
- Yard care
- Carpet cleaning and removal
- Miscellaneous light plumbing
- Collecting bids on larger projects
- Safety checks at multiple properties
- Moving furniture on occation
- Completing paperwork.
