Position Overview
We are seeking multiple Electrical Hardware Engineers with strong experience in high-speed board-level design and PCB development to support advanced electronic systems in a complex engineering environment.
This role focuses on multi-layer PCB design, mixed-signal circuit development, and high-speed digital systems, supporting applications across industries such as aerospace, defense, telecommunications, and advanced electronics systems.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing complex, high-speed boards from concept through production, including schematic capture, layout, signal integrity, and board bring-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-speed, multi-layer PCBs for complex electronic systems
- Perform schematic capture and circuit design using tools such as Altium, OrCAD, Cadence, or Allegro
- Support mixed-signal (analog + digital) and high-speed digital designs
- Work with interfaces such as DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, USB, SPI, I2C, UART, CAN
- Perform signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis and design optimization
- Lead or support board bring-up, validation, and lab debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, VNAs, etc.
- Collaborate with firmware, FPGA, and systems engineering teams
- Support design for manufacturability (DFM), testing, and production release
- Create and maintain technical documentation, schematics, BOMs, and design reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in electrical hardware / PCB design engineering
- Strong experience with PCB design and schematic capture
- Proficiency with tools such as Altium, OrCAD, Cadence, Allegro, or similar
- Experience with high-speed digital design and/or mixed-signal systems
- Experience with embedded interfaces (DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, USB, SPI, I2C, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with board bring-up, validation, and lab debugging
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with signal integrity and power integrity analysis tools (e.g., HyperLynx, Sigrity)
- Background in RF, communications, or embedded systems
- Experience with FPGA-based designs (Xilinx, Intel/Altera)
- Experience in aerospace, defense, telecommunications, or high-performance electronics
