Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Cabinet Shop Assistant with a strong work ethic. This role involves hands-on assistance in our cabinet shop, assistance sanding products, delivery of cabinets and material, and a multitude of other assistance related work.
For this position, Cardinal Cabinetworks offers health insurance, paid time off and holidays.
POSITION: Cabinet Shop Assistant, Full-Time Monday-Thursday, 10-Hour Work Day
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and assemble custom cabinets
- Deliver cabinets to job sites
- Sand cabinets and products
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Must be personable and friendly professional with high integrity.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with other co-workers.
- Maintain good relations and communications with other co-works.
- Attend staff meetings and safety meetings.
- Ensure job site safety and rectify job site hazards immediately.
- Maintain the integrity of Cardinal Cabinetworks’ policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic tool and material knowledge.
- Valid North Carolina drivers license.
- Preferred but not required: Professional references.
- The successful candidate will have a proven ability to work as a member of a team, be flexible and adaptive, be organized, be detail oriented, and meet deadlines. Tardiness is not acceptable.
- Must enjoy collaboration.
