What We Are Looking For | Requirements:
- Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Preferred with 1+ year Director of Nursing/ ADON leadership experience (will accept LPN with required leadership experience)
- Strong knowledge of Long Term Care operations and regulations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop clinical teams
- Experience with survey readiness, quality improvement, staffing oversight, and compliance
- Ability to step into a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Passionate healthcare leader focused on patient outcomes and team success
- MUST have experience with cottage/greenhouse model.
Position Details
- Title: Interim Director of Nursing | Registered Nurse, RN
- Setting: Greenhose|Cottage | Home-like residence unit
- Location: Papillion, NE
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8A–5PM
- On Call: Required as needed
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks with Multiple Extensions Possible
Compensation & Benefits
- Earn up to $122,720+ per year ($2,360+ weekly)
- Note: This is an hourly position. If You Work Overtime, You’re Paid Overtime. No Free Work. No Exceptions.
