Join Valley Tub as a Water Care Technician providing service and maintenance for hot tubs in Missoula and the Bitterroot Valley. About Us
We are a local, family-owned and operated business serving the Missoula and Bitterroot Valley. Our company is growing and we are looking for a part-time water care technician to service our hot tub maintenance route Monday-Thursday every week. We are well-known for our quality care and excellent customer service.
Who Will Be a Good Fit?
This role is optimal for an individual who is looking for consistent part-time hours (20 hours/week). The ideal candidate would be someone who is retired, a military-vet, or any individual looking for consistent income and hours in a part-time capacity. Note: There is room for growth within the role.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on hot tub systems, filtration units, pumps, and other water treatment equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Handle and dispense water treatment chemicals safely, following all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines to maintain water quality.
- Conduct thorough hot tub cleaning activities
- Maintain detailed records of chemical usage, maintenance activities, routine inspections, and safety checks to ensure compliance with company standards
- Support overall water system maintenance by performing preventive tasks that extend equipment lifespan and optimize performance.

Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
- Valid driver's license
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle for daily use (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct
- Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions throughout the year, with appropriate clothing and gear
- Occasional heavy lifting and/or walking on uneven surfaces
