- Clearly explain the value of dental treatment and encourage same-day acceptance when appropriate.
- Comfortable having honest conversations with patients and proactively following up on unscheduled treatments.
- Strong understanding of dental insurance to accurately answer patient questions.
- Highly organized with excellent record-keeping skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the practice and patients.
- Committed to professionalism in cleanliness, punctuality, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
