Duties
- Serve a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings with enthusiasm and attention to presentation
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity and precision
- Assist customers with menu selections, upselling additional items to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, counters, and dining spaces
- Support food preparation tasks including scooping, topping, and packaging ice cream products
- Manage customer flow by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring quick service during busy hoursRequirements
- Prior experience in food service or retail environments is preferred; restaurant or café experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and sales transactions
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting under pressure
- Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service and smooth operations
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
