We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support in daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and community outings.
- Encourage independence and skill development through individualized support plans.
- Monitor and document progress, incidents, and health-related needs.
- Administer medications (after training and certification).
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
- Transport individuals to appointments, programs, or community activities as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of experience in human services, healthcare, or direct care preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required for some shifts).
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and reference checks.
- CPR/First Aid and Medication Technician certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
