We are looking for an exceptional electrician with at least an RW license and the skills to take on the role of Crew Lead running our residential construction projects. As the primary electrician on the jobsite, you will be focusing less on making up boxes, running wire and wiring load centers and more on maintaining a safe, productive job site, managing materials, communicating with the Project Manager, making sure all work is performed up to standard, helping our Apprentices learn the trade, keeping the job on schedule and ensuring the plan set is implemented correctly. In this role you are accountable for running the construction project.
In this role, you will need to have a comprehensive understanding of what is going to become the new standard of smart homes. We work with custom lighting, home automation, solar + storage integrations and energy demand management systems.

Qualifications
· US work authorization (Required)
· Valid driver’s license
· Clean MVR
· Reliable transportation to the jobsite
