Shroyer Towing is looking to hire a telephone dispatcher.
Job duties include answering incoming calls for emergency road service, inputting this information into specialized software and monitoring a fleet of drivers and trucks.
Candidates must have the ability to multi-task. A good fit can demonstrate the ability to remain calm and diffuse tense situations. Must work well with others.
Other duties include releasing accidents and impounded vehicles as well as basic invoicing and filing.
Hours are based on demand and schedules can vary greatly based on call volume and weather conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Telephone Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
