ACE Hardware Night Store Manager
Position Summary:
The Night Store Manager at ACE Hardware is responsible for helping overseeing all day-to-day operations of the store to ensure an exceptional customer experience, maximize sales, and maintain high operational standards. This leadership role requires a hands-on manager who can effectively guide a team, drive results, and uphold the values of the ACE brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manage in overall store operations, staffing, and merchandising to ensure company standards are met.

Lead, train, and motivate a team to provide outstanding customer service and achieve performance goals.

Maintain in-stock conditions, product displays, and store cleanliness.

Ensure proper inventory control and perform regular audits and ordering.

Drive sales through strategic planning, promotional execution, and by analyzing sales data.

Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Maintain compliance with safety regulations and ACE policies.

When needed will help create and manage employee schedules with open availability in mind to support business needs.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a hardware or home improvement environment.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.

Strong understanding of retail sales, inventory management, and customer service practices.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work all days and be flexible to scheduling needs. Including weekends, evenings, and holidays (open availability required).

Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
