This is a very unique setting. The Evolve School of Learning is a private school, tuition based facility for children with special abilities. The SLP would be working alongside an Occupational Therapist and a Physical Therapist.

The following requirements are necessary for this position-
- Familiarity with communication disorders
- Ability to build rapport with patients and other clinicians
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and patient demeanor
- ASHA approved or CFY approved
- Strong work ethic
- Self starter, independent worker
The following skills are necessary for this position-
- Develop therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders
- Implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorder
- Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients
- Document and store treatment plans and progress reports
- Update patient progress to relevant parties
