SoMii is a new specialty café opening this summer on Ninth Street think carefully sourced coffee, soft serve, and a curated mix of collectibles and blind box retail. Small, owner-operated, and built to be a place people actually want to come back to.
We're hiring full-time team members to grow with us from day one.
You don't need barista experience. We'll train you properly, through one of the country's top specialty roasters. What we can't train is the thing that matters most: genuinely caring whether someone leaves happy.
You might be the right fit if:
- You remember regulars' names before they remind you
- You can read the room and adjust — busy rush vs. slow afternoon, first-timer vs. regular
- You notice what needs doing without being asked
- You've had a job where the customer side was the best part
Pay & perks:
- $15–$16/hr base + tips
- Paid professional barista training (we invest in you from the start)
