The Opportunity
We offer $20–$25 per hour, depending on your experience and ability to successfully perform the job to our standards.
We are happy to reward technicians who demonstrate that they can consistently deliver high-quality work, properly manage their route, maintain accurate water chemistry, identify equipment issues, and provide the level of service our customers expect. Pay increases are earned through demonstrated performance and consistency over time. We want our best technicians to have the opportunity to earn more, and we are willing to reward strong performance when it is demonstrated in the field.
The starting rate will be based on your experience and qualifications, with the opportunity to earn up to $25/hour as you successfully demonstrate your ability to perform the job independently and consistently.
Responsibilities
- Manage a weekly route of approximately 95–100 residential pools
- Perform thorough pool cleanings, including brushing, netting, and vacuuming as needed
- Test and accurately balance water chemistry
- Inspect pool equipment and identify potential issues before they become larger problems
- Clean filters and salt cells as needed
- Keep equipment areas clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Follow company service standards and procedures
- Communicate professionally and clearly with customers and management
- Accurately document all service activity, chemical readings, and equipment observations
- Take clear service photos and maintain accurate digital records
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of full-route residential pool service experience required
- Strong understanding of pool water chemistry and residential pool equipment
- Ability to independently manage a full weekly service route
- Knowledge of the Skimmer app is a plus
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, as we service private residential communities
