We will fully pay you a solid hourly baseline of $20–$22/hr to master our high-volume logistics and inventory systems, fast-tracking you into a fully certified position as our dedicated regional parts manager scaling up to $50K–$60K/year.

What We Are Looking For:
- 1–2+ years of experience as a parts specialist, inventory counter pro, warehouse coordinator, or automotive/trade parts clerk.
- Exceptional organizational skills, comfort utilizing inventory tracking software, and a proactive mindset ready to lead shop logistics.
- A professional, team-first attitude and a reliable track record of showing up on time to train.
