Monitor residents and report changes to the RN

Maintain accurate, timely documentation

Active Montana LPN license (or ability to obtain)

Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

LTC/SNF experience a plus

Requirements:
Education
Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
Licenses/Certification
Current valid LPN license in the state employed.
Valid CPR certification.
Experience
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
