Back of House Shift Lead Responsibilities:
-
Supervise and lead the back of house team in food preparation, cooking, and assembly
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
-
Ensure safe operation around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
-
Enforce Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
-
Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team

Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
-
Be a friendly, encouraging team player
Qualifications and Requirements:

Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented
-
Cheerful, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills

Loves serving and helping others

Customer service oriented and able to multi-task

Works well independently and in a team environment

Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

Ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods

Kitchen experience required
- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues

Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members

Saturday availability
- Previous leadership experience preferred but not required
