Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU / IMC / Stepdown)
Greenville, NC
Contract | Nights | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week) | 13-Week Assignment

Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Stepdown unit setting during overnight shifts

Monitor and assess patients with cardiac and other complex medical conditions requiring intermediate-level care

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and nursing protocols

Document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a valid Compact State license

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association)

Strong cardiac nursing experience required

Must not reside within 80 miles of the facility (local radius restriction applies)

Prior experience in a PCU, IMC, or Stepdown unit environment

Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
