We are currently seeking a Student Services / Call Center Representatives who are passionate about helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can communicate effectively with empathy and professionalism.
Student Services Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and return voicemails promptly, offering guidance on enrollment, course access, certification, and other inquiries.
- Respond to student and emails within 24 hours, ensuring clear, helpful, and professional communication.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions using our internal CRM and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot common issues related to online course platforms, student portals, accounts, or billing with patience and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other team members, other departments, and onsite instructors of training programs to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Provide empathetic, effective, ongoing support throughout the student lifecycle—from training enrollment through total course completion.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture focused on service excellence.
Student Services Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or customer service training required.
- 1+ year of experience in a large call center, help desk, or education/student services role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong record of reliability (attendance, being ontime, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (e.g., CRM, ticketing platforms, etc.)
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and a strong customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage time well

Possible Shift Details:
- 6:20am-2:50pm Monday-Friday (Rotating Saturdays)
- 6:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday (Rotating Saturdays)
Hours of Operation:
- Monday-Friday: 6:30 am - 7:30 pm
- Saturdays: 5:30 am - 2:00 pm
