Trial Attorney – Trust & Probate Litigation
Want to Build a $300,000+ Legal Career Without Starting Your Own Firm?
We help families resolve some of the most emotionally difficult and financially significant disputes they'll ever face:
· Trustee and executor breaches of fiduciary duty
· Trust and will contests
· Elder financial abuse
· All types of probate and trust litigation related to receiving an inheritance
· Uncontested probates
These aren't insurance defense files. These are real people, real families, and high-stakes litigation where exceptional lawyering truly changes lives.
We're looking for an experienced California litigator who wants more than just another associate position. We want someone who is competitive, entrepreneurial, and motivated by results.
If you've handled litigation, taken depositions, argued motions, negotiated settlements, or tried cases—and you're looking for a practice area where your work matters—we want to talk.
Trust and estate litigation experience is preferred, but outstanding trial lawyers from civil litigation, family law, criminal law, or other litigation practices are encouraged to apply.
What Makes This Opportunity Different?
Join a Leader
You'll work directly with Scott Grossman, who has spent nearly three decades representing families in trust and probate disputes throughout California.
Scott has built a respected boutique litigation practice focused exclusively on trust, estate, and probate matters. More importantly, he's committed to developing exceptional trial lawyers—not just assigning cases.
You'll receive mentorship, meaningful courtroom experience, candid feedback, and increasing responsibility as your skills grow. If you're looking for an attorney who will invest in your development while giving you the autonomy to build your own reputation, you'll find that here.
Most importantly, your compensation grows with your success. This is not a lockstep salary position. We believe attorneys who create value should share in that value.
Compensation
Base Salary: Starting around $175,000, depending on experience.
Performance Bonus: Our bonus program is formula-driven and tied directly to the revenue you generate and collect. High-performing attorneys have a clear, transparent path to earning more as they create value for the firm and our clients.
A successful attorney should reasonably expect total annual compensation exceeding $300,000.
