We’re hiring line cooks to help us bring our food menu to life. At The Cellar Door, we offer both approachable bites and more elevated plates, all in a space that’s equal parts refined cocktail bar and relaxed game room.
What you’ll do:
- Prep ingredients and cook dishes during service
- Follow recipes and plating standards to keep things consistent
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen station
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and prep lists
- Communicate clearly with the rest of the kitchen and service staff
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a line cook or kitchen assistant is preferred
- Solid knife skills and a good understanding of basic cooking techniques
- Ability to stay focused and efficient under pressure
- A team player who takes pride in their work
- Nights and weekends are required
