We’re looking for a leader who challenges the status quo, develops strong teams, and is always asking, “How can we do this better?” The Administrator will oversee daily operations, clinical quality, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, resident experience, and financial performance.
What We're Looking For
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility for Idaho licensure.
- Experience leading a skilled nursing or post-acute care organization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.
- A proven ability to lead change and improve outcomes.
- A passion for creating an exceptional experience for residents, families, and employees.
- A creative, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to try new approaches.
