Duties
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and offering product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product demos, explaining features and benefits to encourage upselling opportunities that boost sales.
- Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are presented attractively to maximize sales potential.
- Manage inventory by conducting stock checks, replenishing items as needed, and alerting management to low stock levels or discrepancies.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or placing orders remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times.
- Support team members by supervising new staff during training periods and contributing to a collaborative work environment focused on achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in morning and evening shift.
- Ability to work on Holidays.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be 17+ years old.
- Layperson ( not student) is more prior.
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; familiarity with POS systems is essential.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in both English and another language (bilingual skills are a plus).
- Proven ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently.
- Experience in grocery stores or retail environments involving merchandising, stocking, and customer service is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience or leadership skills that support team development and store operations.
- Knowledge of upselling techniques and product demos to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear verbal communication skills to assist customers remotely when needed.
