Overview
We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and professional Host and Servers to join our team for both morning and night shifts. Applicants who are available to work morning shifts are strongly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a warm and welcoming attitude, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive
- Seat customers efficiently and manage the waitlist
- Take and pack to-go orders accurately
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and front-of-house area
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support team members during busy shifts
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or host experience required
- Knowledge of Asian cuisine is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be available to work morning shifts
