Position Overview
We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to expand their technical expertise while representing Luxaire HVAC with professionalism. Experience working with chillers is a bonus!
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, chiller, boilers, and ductwork.
- Perform routine system inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostic testing.
- Provide clear communication and updates to customers regarding service performed and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on job sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
