Dopo Pizza + Pasta is looking for line cooks to join our team in Truckee! We’re not looking for just another warm body behind the line. We’re building a crew that loves the heat, respects the hustle, and gives a damn about great food.
*Must be available 4:30pm to 10:30pm

- Sling pies & pasta with pride (don’t worry, we’ll sharpen your skills if you’re green).
- Keep your station tight, sharp, and clean — no chaos, no excuses.
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Be open to learning new things and take on new tasks.
