Spa Hours
Monday – Friday 9am - 7pm
Saturday - 9am - 5pm
Sunday- 9am - 4pm
CELÉ Wellness is dedicated to providing unparalleled relaxation and rejuvenation wellness experiences. We seek a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of massage techniques and a genuine commitment to client well-being and excellent customer service.
Essential Functions
- Deliver exceptional massage therapy services, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, and lymphatic massages.
- Consult with clients to determine their specific needs and preferences, tailoring treatments accordingly.
- Perform body scrubs, scalp treatments, and body wraps as needed.
- Maintain a clean and inviting treatment environment.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with spa team members to create a seamless guest experience.
- Discuss client concerns, medical histories and specific stresses or pains to develop the most effective approach to massage treatment.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for individual clients that specify massage types, treatment areas and treatment frequency.
Requirements
- Hold current California massage therapy license
- Adhere to all current regulations and laws related to massage therapy
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email.
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
- Commitment to receiving continuing education
- Communicate with Team Members via Slack preferred
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs at a time
- Must be comfortable standing for a prolonged period of time
