Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
- The ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize the hotel's property management system.
- Open availability during non-school periods, including weekends and holidays.
- A high school diploma or GED required.
- Current enrollment in a Hospitality program or recent graduation preferred.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
Bilingual skills preferred.
