Job Summary
As the US executive face of our Clinical Operations division, you will drive operational growth and strategic performance as a peer partner to our VP of Clinical Operations in the Philippines, who directs our large-scale clinical, medical coding, and quality assurance delivery across the Philippines and India.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary US executive sponsor for major clients and strategic partners.
- Drive division performance, resource allocation, efficiency, and growth.
- Partner closely with your counterpart in the Philippines to optimize operational KPIs, turnaround times, medical coding workflows, and strict quality assurance standards across offshore sites.
- Lead cross-cultural operations through mutual trust, strategic alignment, and shared data-driven metrics.
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of senior leadership in healthcare clinical operations or managed services.
- Proven oversight of medical coding operations and enterprise Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks.
- Data-driven mindset with deep expertise managing large-scale divisional metrics and growth.
- Strong track record of collaborative executive leadership across cross-border operations.
