Responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, checking in clothing orders, tagging garments, processing payments, and assisting with clothing pickup. Maintains an organized front counter, keeps the store clean, and helps ensure accurate order tracking in a fast-paced environment. Uses the register/point-of-sale system, answers customer questions about services, and works as part of a team to provide efficient service. May also assist with loading/unloading laundry, organizing garments, and handling special customer requests
