Gionino's Pizza of Streetsboro is looking for our next Shift Manager!We're seeking a motivated, dependable leader to help oversee daily operations and lead our team. Whether you have management experience or are looking to take the next step in your career, we're willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow.
Pay$13.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
Schedule
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- Mix of days, nights, and weekends
- Minimum of 2 weekend shifts per week
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and direct team members
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Cash handling and deposits
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and organization
- Train and develop new team members
- Help create a positive and productive work environment
