We're looking for an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to help lead our growing workers' compensation department.
Position Summary
This position is ideal for an attorney with significant workers' compensation litigation experience who is ready to take ownership of a substantial caseload while mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
You'll have the autonomy to practice law, the support to be successful, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with one of Nevada's premier injury firms.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full workers' compensation litigation caseload from intake through resolution.
- Represent clients before Hearing Officers, Appeals Officers, and District Court.
- Prepare and argue contested hearings and appeals.
- Draft persuasive legal memoranda, motions, petitions, appellate briefs, and discovery.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
- Provide strategic guidance to case managers and support staff.
- Mentor junior attorneys as the department continues to grow.
- Deliver exceptional client communication and service throughout each case.

Qualifications
- Active Nevada Bar License (Required)
- Five or more years of workers' compensation litigation experience preferred
- Excellent courtroom, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Strong legal writing and analytical abilities
- Ability to independently manage a substantial litigation caseload
- Commitment to outstanding client service
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
