Custodian (Full-Time & Part-Time) – Join Our Swim School Team!
Location: AquaTech Swim – Alameda Campus
Are you a hands-on problem solver with an eye for detail? Do you take pride in keeping spaces spotless and running smoothly? Our swim school is looking for reliable custodians to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our families, swimmers, and staff.
Full-Time (Set Schedule):
- Wednesday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Part-Time (Set Schedule):
- Mondays & Tuesdays: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedules are consistent week-to-week.
As a Custodian, you’ll play a key role in keeping our facility in top condition. This is an active, hands-on role where your work directly impacts the experience of every customer who walks through our doors.
Pay: $22/hour
Responsibilities include:
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, changing stalls, and common areas
- Mopping, sweeping, and maintaining dry, safe floors
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, chairs, tables, and other surfaces
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Handling minor repairs and reporting maintenance needs
- Staying active and on your feet throughout your shift
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet for extended periods
- Basic handyman skills (patching, tightening, small fixes) preferred
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Prior custodial or facility maintenance experience is a plus
