Gerald Nell Inc., a Real Estate Management and Development Company has an opening for an administrative professional. The position is full time, in-office; 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities/Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Clerical Support for Vice President, Real Estate Brokers and Facilities Manager
· Processing Accounts Payables/Receivables/Positive Pay
· Rent collections
· Administer all Clerical Duties such as typing, filing, mail distribution, etc.
· Customer Service, including but not limited to receiving tenant calls, forwarding to appropriate person and following up.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in related fields, a positive, professional and thorough ability to multi-task, with intermediate experience in bookkeeping, accounting, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher) and Property Boulevard.
Base Salary negotiable based upon prior experience plus benefit package including;
