Caleb Jump | Managing Director
After a decade in mortgage and commercial lending with two respected Decatur banks, Caleb joined Northwestern Mutual nearly 10 years ago. Today, he leads a growing team focused on developing exceptional financial professionals.
Outside the office, Caleb is a proud father of four daughters and spends much of his time coaching or cheering them on in basketball, volleyball, dance, and show choir.
What You'll Do
As a Financial Representative, you'll help individuals, families, and business owners create personalized financial plans through:
- Financial planning
- Insurance and risk management
- Retirement planning
- Investment strategies
- Ongoing financial guidance and education
You'll build long-term relationships while helping clients make informed financial decisions through every stage of life.
Who We're Looking For
You may be an excellent fit if you:

- Hold a bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
