Role Overview: The Director of Earthquake will lead the growth and execution of Neptune’s California earthquake insurance distribution strategy. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, activating, and growing insurance agency partners while driving earthquake policy sales, pipeline development, and market penetration across California.
The ideal candidate is highly relationship-driven, sales-focused, operationally organized, and motivated by building a scalable and high-performing earthquake distribution channel. This individual will work closely with agency partners, internal stakeholders, and leadership to expand Neptune’s earthquake product and presence throughout California.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to promote Neptune Flood's earthquake product. Earthquake at Neptune includes both indemnity and parametric.
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with insurance MGAs, brokers, agents, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
- Identify and target potential clients to expand the company's commercial flood insurance portfolio.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt and refine business strategies accordingly.
- Manage partnerships and opportunities in our CRM system.
- Identify, assist, and close SOV (statement of values) projects.
- Travel to visit partners throughout California.
- Attend industry conferences/events.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
