Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer - Installer and be at the forefront of construction and installation projects! Duties
- Assist in the installation of building components such as Conduits, Outdoor Equipment Cabinets, and Electrical equipment with precision and care
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks like concrete finishing, framing, and Conduit
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Support construction management by helping with site setup, material handling, and cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Conduct basic construction inspection tasks to verify quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project
- Assist in heavy equipment operation when required for tasks such as concrete forming or restoration projects
- Collaborate with team members on masonry, stucco application, caulking, glazing (glass installation), and other specialized trades to meet project specifications
Experience
- Prior construction site experience or hands-on work in related trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or remodeling preferred
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics is highly desirable
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment beneficial
- Knowledge of construction management principles or estimating processes is a plus but not required
- Ability to work safely on active construction sites while adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical work, fabrication, flooring installation, tile laying, and more

Pay: $17.50 - $23.50 per hour
